In several scenes, she had to deliberately create a difference between her facial expressions and the emotions conveyed through her eyes. As the character is not entirely conventional, she paid particular attention to body language and eye movements while adapting herself to different situations.

After nearly 17 to 18 years in the industry, Madhumita considers the love of her audience to be her biggest achievement. She said that even when she stays away from the spotlight between projects, audiences still ask about her, which she considers a significant recognition.

Along with appreciation, however, the actress also wants audiences to criticize her work when necessary. She believes that if she makes mistakes, viewers should point them out and engage with her performances critically.
